There may not be lions, tigers, and bears, but there?s still plenty to see at the Richard M. Orchard Fairgrounds. Animals judged will include steer, horses, swine, lamb, goats, chickens, dogs and more. There?s also a homemaking competition, a parade, welding contest, the Blazing Boot 5K Run/Walk and good home-style barbeque. Talk to more than 100 wedding professionals, see the latest bridal fashions, sample food and drink, and receive special offers for your wedding planning. This beloved three-ring circus returns to the American Bank Center for a revamped ?super? show filled with human and animal performers, including aerialists, clowns, and acrobats. Available every second Saturday of the month and led by a docent, the gallery walk showcases all of the museum?s current art exhibits. It?s your last chance to view two exhibits, Chicanitas: Small Paintings from the Cheech Marin Collection and Studio Orbit: Pe?a and Ruiz, which displays artwork from two Corpus Christi artists in conjunction with the Cheer Marin collection.
